Virtual Receiver in the Cloud
Hardware based alarm receivers are a thing of the past and can easily be replaced by software based Virtual Receivers running at your facility or in the Cloud.
Our Virtual Receiver software can run with maximum security on a Windows PC within your own network in your own facility. As robust a solution as that is, it is often beneficial to run additional virtual receivers in the Cloud. When running in a cloud environment, they require absolutely zero maintenance from your IT staff. No more worries about hardware or power failure, upgrades, expansions or anything else that may affect your ability to receive signals.
We manage the virtual receivers for you on our servers in New York and Las Vegas. Signals are forwarded from the cloud receivers over to an instance of Automation Link Software running within your facility. From there, they are forwarded via serial or TCP into your alarm automation software in Surgard or Ademco format.
