Convert up to 8 PSTN line cards into IP line cards

Your trusty old Ademco 685, Surgard MLR2 or any other PSTN alarm receiver has probably never let you down over many, many years of service. Why would you want to change that winning formula when all you have to do is upgrade your telecommunications equipment in order to receive alarms over IP ?

There is no PC required - so no risk of software or operating system crashes. To help meet your redundancy needs in the most cost efficient way, we price the receiver portion of our overall IP solution so competitively that it's very inexpensive to carry spares.

Our solution works almost exactly the same as your existing PSTN solution does today. You can connect into your existing PBX and use the same hunt groups as before. This lessens the learning curve and greatly simplifies your companies migration to IP.

Protocol Independent

Many of the fancy new IP dialer capture devices only work with a particular brand of alarm panel or a particular brand of IP receiver. The limited number of universal IP devices on the market tend to support only the Contact ID protocol. Whilst this may be fine for the majority of systems in the field, you need to consider how you will be able to upgrade panels communicating in FSK or Pulse formats.

By the way - did we mention that it will only cost you around US$200 to get started ?

Well, if you shop around - that's all you should pay from most high street or online retailers for the Linksys SPA8000 device. IP Alarms work with Monitoring Centers worldwide in many different countries. In an effort to make our solutions more attractive to our Customers, we decided it was essential to keep their costs down to an absolute minimum. One way we do this by allowing them to source "off the shelf" hardware locally.

We work on the principle that if we can provide our Central Station Customers with minimum cost, high quality hardware that allows them to receive alarm signals over IP from our range of client IP adapters, then we are confident they will return the favor and support our solutions. The easier we make it for you to upgrade your systems to IP - the better it is for IP Alarms.
