AlarmCloud - Managed Data Center

If it is not possible to run the IP Suite from a server within your own infrastructure, IP Alarms can receive signals on your behalf from our AlarmCloud platform and then forward them on to you via IP, GSM(SMS) or any other pre-arranged communication path. Our Cloud based Managed Data Center is located in the USA and made available to IP Alarms Clients worldwide.

Encrypted Communication to your Monitoring Facility

We provide the software necessary for you to receive encrypted signals from our Data Center and we also provide you with a backup hardware device that allows you to receive signals over IP through your existing PSTN based alarm receiver. This architecture provides redundancy in case either our Data Center or your own Internet connection becomes unavailable for any reason. The Data Center can also be used as a backup server for companies with our IP Solution installed on their own server. It will receive signals and forward them on to an emergency backup location based on a predetermined plan of action.
