DSC Alexor

The Alexor is DSC's first security alarm panel with a built-in Internet communicator. The DSC Alexor is expected to be one of the most popular alarm panels of the next decade and IP Alarms have confirmed that the panel works perfectly with our Linksys IP Alarm Monitoring solution.

Now you can have the latest and greatest wireless alarm panel communicating over the Internet to the Central Station of your choice.

The Alexor has a built-in IP communicator and a standard digital communicator which can be used to send signals over the Internet with the help of one of our custom provisioned Linksys devices.

Simply connect and RJ11 cable from the Alexor modem to the Linksys device, program the panel to send alarms in the Contact ID protocol, enter an account code and two telephone numbers and you are good to go. Choose the Linksys SPA3102 model and you will be able to use the CellAlarm-GSM cellular backup unit to send alarms over the GSM network to the Central Station if the Internet connection is cut or fails for any reason.
