ADSW & WebQuery Remote Access System

The ADSW alarm monitoring software runs on a standard PC, as either a Stand-Alone machine or as part of a Microsoft Windows, Windows 2000 and later networks. Individual Modules can be run on separate computers in the network to provide load balancing.

Being a native Multi-User system allows a virtually unlimited number of ADSW Workstations on the network, giving you full functionality from the desktop that suits you best.

The ADSW database can be used to store a wide range of information. You can create alphanumeric/numeric accounts for all of your Local Alarms, Suppliers, General Contacts, Dealers etc. etc. All of these accounts have all the features of a normal monitored account, including full Search and Find facilities, many years History, Printable reports and so on. The Alphanumeric account codes allow you up to 360,000 monitoring accounts!

NT Software are willing and able to modify the system to suit your individual needs, and or interface the system to other applications.

We have in the past, virtually re-written the whole program to suit clients specific requirements. If you have in-house programmers, we are quite happy to co-develop applications to suit specific requirements.

The ADSW supports a wide range of receivers and report formats. TCP is available on some receivers. If we do not currently support it, we will in a very short time. Just let us know what you need!

The ADSW alarm monitoring software provides a comprehensive database and a long list of functions and reports. All reports are as comprehensive as they need to be, while still providing unsurpassed readability for your operators, technicians and most importantly your clients.

An additional feature called WebQuery is available. This feature was written by IP Aalrms and provides web browser access to client data, service manager jobs and history.

WebQuery

WebQuery is an optional "add on" to ADSW. Bbasically it allows authorised persons to view their ADSW data and history, in real time, via the internet, using their internet browser. Bureau's get some further functionality - more aligned to their needs. All that is required for a remote user to gain access is a browser, a user name and password.

The issue of security was paramount in the initial design of the system and has been built-in "from the ground up" without impacting on speed or ease of use. There are three levels of user access - Admin, Installer and Client (end user). Administrators are allowed to work on all accounts within the system, whereas installers are only allowed to work on their own accounts. Client users are allocated account codes individually by an administrator.
