Taking full advantage of the Multi-tasking capabilities of the Microsoft Windows® operating system, the ADSW alarm monitoring software allows you to process incoming events, action alarms, print reports and edit data all at the same time! You can even do all this on a single Stand-Alone computer!
In a networked environment, there are absolutely no restrictions to the functions you can use and the desktop you can use them from. Obviously this depends on the access rights of the logged on user!
Although it is rarely needed, two or more operators are able to access the same account information at the same time when actioning events. The ADSW does display a warning that the account is being actioned by another operator, however the option to proceed is there.
Instant Data update, as soon as you have finished creating or editing an account, all changes are available to the system, including the search facility.
ADSW can automatically update parts of the clients database if text is output from the receiver. E.g. Zone and user details from IRFast and SIA formats
Client bases at these Monitoring centres range from the beginner with 30 clients to established stations with over 20,000 clients, some of these stations process in excess of 40000 reports per day! ADSW programs around the world, collectively process over 15 million signals per month!
With one of the best GUI interfaces in the industry, the ADSW alarm monitoring software is a breeze to learn. All events, history and reports are displayed using plain language.
No need to memorise a complex set of mnemonic codes and combination function keys before you can get down to the business of actioning events.
Your clients will even begin to understand the reports that are sent to them!
