You want to know the exact signal sent from the alarm system? - No problem, the ADSW stores many years of RAW History (the actual signals received) for each partition/area of each account! This information is almost instantly available to the operator.

The majority of System Inputs as used by several types of alarm panels are already pre-programmed into the ADSW. In most cases the operator just needs to know the type of alarm panel before they can start processing incoming signals correctly!!

If the signal definition is not pre programmed into the ADSW, it's a simple matter of adding those definitions once!

The comprehensive integrated Service Management Module means that you can keep track of any repairs or service work needed. Track jobs from the time and date raised, right through to invoicing.

When an operator raises a service request, they can fax or Email the request, including Name and Address, contact details, alarm panel type, a full zone list and other information, directly to you.

All reports and requests generated by the ADSW are well laid out and easy to follow. If you're not happy with something you can even make your own reports or talk to us about modifying our existing reports.
